The Dashboard is the first screen you see after sign-in. It's a grid of widgets you can add, reorder and configure.

Built-in widgets

  • Bookmarks — quickly reopen instances you marked as favourites.
  • Document preview — render a markdown, HTML or Mermaid file from a model or instance.
  • Analyze and KPI — surface aggregate information.

Add a widget from the + button at the top right. Each widget exposes its own settings (column span, background colour, title, configuration instance).

How widgets work

Widgets are configured through dashboard widget configurations stored as Yellow instances. That means your dashboard is itself data — backups, audits and exports work the same way they do for everything else.

Tips

  • Drag widget headers to reorder them.
  • Click a widget's settings icon to change its title or colour.
  • The dashboard configuration is per-user, per-tenant.
