When you sign in to Yellow you are signing in to a specific tenant — a workspace that belongs to an organization. A user can belong to several tenants.

Sign-in methods

  • Google OAuth: click "Sign in with Google" and grant access. Yellow links your Google identity to one or more tenants you've been invited to.
  • API key: paste an API key issued by an organization owner. Useful for automation accounts.

After sign-in

Once you're in, Yellow lands you on the Dashboard of your current tenant. You can:

  • Switch tenants from the user menu (bottom-left).
  • Open the Explorer to browse schemas, models and instances.
  • Click the Yellow logo at the top of the left rail at any time to open this help.

Roles and visibility

What you see in Yellow depends on the role you have in your current tenant. Tenant owners see everything. Members see the schemas, models and instances their roles allow. If something is missing, ask your organization owner to update your role's capabilities.
